Green Goddess Dressing

Green Goddess Dressing

Makes about 2 cups
1/4 cup serving is 10mg

INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup mayo

  • 3/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley

  • 1/4 cup chopped tarragon

  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

  • juice of 2 lemons

  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 2 teaspoons Madre butter, melted

DIRECTIONS 

  1. Put all of the ingredients except the butter into a food processor or blender.

  2. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

  3. With the food processor or blender on, drizzle in the butter.

  4. Turn off the food processor or blender and pour the dressing into a jar to store.
