Makes 2 10mg servings
2 slices of bread
1 large avocado
1/4 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon Madre Maui Wowie Butter, melted
chopped cilantro and chili flake for garnish
Toast the bread in a toaster or under a broiler until golden brown.
Remove the skin and pit from the avocado and put the avocado meat into a bowl.
Coat the avocado with the lime juice and season with salt and pepper. Pour in the melted butter.
Stir and mash the avocado to combine.
Split the avocado mixture in half and spread evenly on the two pieces of bread.
Slice the bread in half and garnish with the cilantro and pepper flakes. Serve.
